The Vancouver-Killarney Minor Lacrosse Association (VKMLA) is the governing body responsible for administering Canada's National Summer Sport for youth aged five to sixteen throughout Vancouver. In its commitment to enhance the growth and development of the sport of lacrosse, the Association provides guidance, direction, and stability to its members through strong, proactive, and ethical leadership. Our mission is i) to develop the game of lacrosse in Vancouver in a sustainable manner while preserving the heritage and integrity of the sport; and ii) to promote and practice the Fair Play Codes throughout the Association.

The VKMLA oversees youth box lacrosse (March - July), youth field lacrosse (August - March), and female-only box lacrosse.

Vancouver Senior Lacrosse (VSL) is the governing body responsible for administering lacrosse in the Intermediate (under 18), Junior (under 21), and Senior (no age limit) box lacrosse leagues. VSL also oversees Men's Field Lacrosse and Women's Box Lacrosse in Vancouver. Please contact Shawn Joinson (female@vancouverlacrosse.com) or Terry Kirstiuk (senior@vancouverlacrosse.com) for more information.
